SMART CAR – A SMART CHOICE?

A new car is around the block in the US. It has been dubbed as ‘SMART’ – possibly because of the way in which it satisifies the needs of the day. It is a two seater city car which is small enough to save half a parking space for other cars. It is for people who say ‘I care’. And going by its size it can be termed as a ‘Micro Car’.

It includes upright seats, glass roof and is a cheerful design which could relieve stress while driving along in this age of humungous traffic. It is expected to blaze the roads going upto 90 mph. And it looks trendy.

But there are some chinks in the armour. The brakes have a primitive feel around them. The brakes seem to be slack. There is not much room in the rear storage area.

But it seems to be a smart choice to reduce traffic. It is expected to create a revolution in urban clutters. And green commuters would also like to give it a ride.
